DEEDS & AN INSTRUMENT OF COMBINATION FOLLOWED IN 2017 FOR #46 & IN 2019 FOR #46 FOR RONALD & CAMILE MURTAGH. THESE WERE FRIENDS OF JB'S PRIOR TO THEIR MOVING TO SUBDIVISION. IT LOOKS LIKE WASHBURN LAW DID THE LEGAL CONTRACTS MENTIONED ABOVE.
I AM ALSO CONCERNED BY A REPORT ON #46 SHOWING THE PROPERTY AT #48 WAS SOLD AROUND THAT TIME FOR $5,000 WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL OF THE HOMEOWNER OF #48.
THESE CONCERNS EXIST ALSO BECAUSE CAMILE MURTAGH WORKED FOR WASHBURN LAW IN TRYON, NC, AND ACCORDING TO THE TRYON DAILY BULLETIN THE LAST 1.5 YEARS, THIS LAW FIRM HAS BEEN UNDER INVESTIGATION BY THE FBI AND STATE BARR OF NC.
