Purchased a GE Refrigerator from Lowe's of Suffolk Virginia. It died after 3 weeks and flooded our kitchen. Lowe's would not replace it for another and said it was not their problem. They were no help at all. Now we are on a waiting list until 11/29/2022 for a GE tech to look at it. We paid $100 for a local tech to diagnose that the compressor was shot. He said we deserve to get a NEW replacement from Lowe's or GE. Paid $1600 for it and will not settle for a repaired fridge. We have been living out of a cooler since 11/19/2022. Don't buy appliances from Lowe's!! Shame on Lowe's and GE! | ||
