| I suffer from migraines and years ago my doctor prescribed Midrin for me which has worked really well over the years. Several years ago, Midrin was taken off the market and this drug was then only available via compounding, which I had done at Cumberland Apothecary in Camp Hill, PA. I recently tried to have this prescription filled. It is made up of three ingredients which are Acetaminophen, Dichloraphenazone and Isometheptene. When I called, they informed me that the FDA had recently classified the Isometheptene as 'illegal'. Also the Dichloraphenazone is currently unavailable. Thus, they are no longer able to compound this drug for me. I believe the FDA is acting according to the global depopulation agenda instead of in the patient's best interest. I would like to see this investigated with the 'illegal' status removed from the Isometheptene component. Thank you for looking into this matter. | ||

| I wish the Alliance would check out this company .. Palm Beach Research Group in Delray, FL. As a member, among others, I spent several thousand dollars to subscribe to several of their financial products in order to follow the financial recommendations of Teeka Tiwari. At some point, Palm Beach and Teeka Tiwari had a falling out and Teeka left the company. We subscribers were not notified at the time .. at least I wasn't .. some did receive emails. Sometime during the summer of 2024, I realized I was not receiving information from Palm Beach like normal and I began inquiring what the problem was. This is when I found out that my Palm Beach Subscriptions had been 'transferred' to another company called InvestorPlace with Luke Lango giving out the financial recommendations. I didn't spend thousands of dollars to follow Luke Lango. I contacted Palm Beach at the time and they asked me to take a look at the InvestorPlace offerings before making a final decision about whether or not I wanted to continue with them. I recently decided I did not want to continue with the InvestorPlace Luke Lango package and I tried to contact Palm Beach to say I wasn't happy that my subscriptions were transferred and I wanted at least a partial refund of what I paid to Palm Beach. Well .. the phone numbers (888-501-2598 and 800-681-6533) have been disconnected and the email address of memberservices@palmbeachgroup.com returns "You have reached an inactive/unmonitored mailbox for the former Palm Beach Research Group. If you have questions about your previous service, please contact Investor Place Customer Service Team at feedback@investorplace.com." Their Terms and Conditions say they have the right to transfer subscriptions; however, I don't believe they should have been able to do this when we paid to follow a particular person. So they have shut down their business without compensating their subscribers. It's looking like this was a big scam. I am hoping the Alliance can do something about this scam company.
