| My mom is dying of stage 4 Kidney failure. My brother is taking her doctor today. I know he is going to put her in hospice. I’ve already been through the death of my father in law 4 months ago. Unfortunately I know the routine. My mom Rose Cartagena has always had excellent credit. She was a single parent with three children. One who was diagnosed with Schizophrenia when he was a teenager. Around 1989 She was able to buy a home for the family. She always planned to have a home for him. Unfortunately she ran into trouble when she had retired and she blames George bush because of the housing bubble. She was forced to sign up with a reverse mortgage company (James B Nutter and Company) that were heavily advertised at that time. Now she’s dying and her hope for my brother to stay in his home will not happen because the house will be taken by the reverse mortgage company. I don’t know what can be done to help but we need help. My mom has worked so hard all her life and the house was her dream. Please help if you can. Thank you. |

| Ive just moved here to beverly hills from istahchata florida this february. I had constant problems in istahchata with people following me everyway. I started to see the things i would often buy change or or get manipulated in someway. I thought it was a community thing due to the area being poverish and full of felons and people with jailbird minds, but i was wrong. Beverly hills has the same problem. Its gotten to the point to when i search for a place on google, i always have a group of people doing odd things around me while faintly following me and watching me. Ive had the same group of cars pull-out from stores around my house when they see me leave, and often try to ride next to me to observe how i drive( its like they are trying to see if they can get a close shot). Ive had people come and knock on my door if i have not come outside in a couple of days. Im 100% disabled and i have a difficult time just maintaining. Its easy for me to decipher whos a threat or watching me due to the training i got as an 11B 2006-2010. The first guy i spoke to when i arrived to beverly hills was an 80 year old, that has been here for over 20 yearss. His main question was " do i know anything about Coke?". After speaking to him for about 30, i decided not to involve myself with this community either. Its like the people around here are only cool with you as long as you have dirt on your name for them to blackmail you. Ive even had people offer to buy whatever i was purchasing out the store, several times, while scratching their noises and then holding one hand over in front of their waistline. Its like they want me to do a favor for them which could get me condemned in someway of optics. I am also an electrical engineer who has 4 years of experience in the "free energy" field. I started to join as a sheriff volunteer but i dont know how deep this group goes. I just needed get this on record that i would not turn a gun on myself. | ||
