Went to iValley Repair for the first time (had never heard of them before) to complete an I-9 form for a future remote position. When I walked up to the business, the guy sitting there put on his mask. I told him I was there for an I-9 appointment. He asked, "Do you have a mask?" I told him, "No. I can't wear those things, or I will go into a full on panic attack." He stated, "I don't care. I can't help you unless you wear a mask." I told him I'd be going somewhere else then. I emailed the company I'd be working for to let them know that they would have to send me somewhere else that actually respected my Civil Rights. I don't know who this man was, but he obviously needs a huge reality check. Needless to say, I will never be going to this business if I ever need help in the future, nor should anyone else that cannot wear masks. I now call this man, "The mask Nazi." At the time, there was no local mask mandate in place, so I'm not sure who in the hell this guy thought he was. Hope this guy wakes up soon and realizes the error of his ways. | ||
